Omega Property and finance Is an independent Estate Agency founded in 2005. We love everything real estate, therefore we offer a range of services, namely residential sales, rentals, and home loans. Our real estate agents have a deep passion for real estate and work tirelessly to ensure you find your dream home. Our focus is on affordable housing development sales, as we understand how expensive properties can be in South Africa. We have formed strong relationships with the City of Cape Town and developers who trust us and have been extremely impressed by our professionalism and our ability to sell properties in the shortest amount of time. We believe in affordable housing; we assist buyers in applying for FLISP housing subsidies with the government. FLISP is a program that allows medium and lower-income earners to gain a government subsidy that can be used to purchase a property.
