Questions about renting

Deposits vary however it is generally 1 and a half months or 2 months deposit required.

Questions about selling

A seller(s) only pay for the following costs when selling a home unless there have been additional terms added to the contract or where a seller(s) has been dishonest in not disclosing information or fraud etc.

  1. Certificates of completion for the plumbing, electrical, beetle and electric fencing
  2. Estate agents commission. This is generally just deducted from the profits by the attorneys.

No, you do not have to repay the money.

There is no best time however summer months seem to generally be better.

Generally you will receive the money within a day or 2 of the property registering into the buyers name. You can however arrange bridging finance if you need a portion of the money sooner.
